hi joanne think your pastel potraits are great and show a understanding of yuor chosen medium  your rendering of textures are really  good and is something i try to emulate as fellow ametuer pastelist keen to improve, can you tell me what pastels and  surface you use.and would be grateful, if you have the time  to critique some of my work on this website  

thanks for sharing your materials list i have not tried pastel matt but your results have motivated me to try it soon.which could prove challenging as i usually work on a much larger scale,in answer to your question about web sites i do not have a personal one yet !but some of my other work can be seen on the dundeeartsociety website.thanks for your comment and i wish you continued success
