This search leads to display of http://th01.deviantart.net/fs36/150/i/2008/278/a/5/figurenude_D_by_... except (replace gpj with jpg) by Google Inc and this image remains on the th01.deviantart.net server and allows being called by remote sites like Google Inc.

Please Mr Rosenblum, see that this nude is deleted or the server begins preventing hot-linking of images by EVEN Google Inc.

From p12 of the complaint paragraph 16 an 18 read as follows and mention deviantART.com.

16.       Google Inc continues to return ‘figurenude’ images by Neeley from searches of the website despite users of the website being required to be registered to and logging in like was originally done at to see these until the stealth revision at an unknown time between  2007-2008 by Defendant NameMedia Inc.  Google Inc was advised in federal court and by vociferous advisements to counselors to cease returning these nudes. “[C]urtis neeley site:deviantart.com” recklessly returned three of the seven otherwise filtered ‘figurenudes’ to searching minors for months but now only two. Google Inc now fails to advise Neeley of how to cause this violation to “automatically” cease despite vociferous requests to Defendant Google Inc counselors.

18.       Neeley added numerous other found-scene images to but did not remove a single nude image. Neeley is unable to determine why these searches stopped bypassing filtration of otherwise filtered nudes in i>curtis neeley site:redbubble.com> searches on December 29, 2011. These searches stopped bypassing filtration but continued bypassing filtration at .

Deviantart Inc now has a claim against Google Inc for causing the nude art to return in public searches and giving a false negative perception of Neeley’s art photography.  This continues for all uses of nude images at Deviantart Inc and supports a class action.

Radio and television in the United States have been thought to be free speech.  They have always been subject to common sense regulation by the FCC.  The Internet is not a new medium in contrast to the error of the senior citizen who wrote the Internet is a “unique and wholly new medium of human communication” and failed to recognize the plain fact that the Internet was nothing but simultaneous uses of the archaic wire medium and newer radio mediums for communications.

http://google.com/search?tbm=isch&q_curtis%20neeley%20nude&... These are now at Google Inc except the nudes that Google Inc returns exist only on Google Inc owned servers besides the one from Wikipedia Foundation.

There are no links to searches in this message that result in simultaneous wire or radio medium displays of nudity.

Curtis J Neeley Jr. believes that the nude figure should only be seen by the spouse.

This realization of the obvious morality only took Neeley twenty-one years.

This will be communicated by world-wide by wire and radio simultaneously and all links to nudity were obfuscated to prevent communicating links to nudity.
