HI Kathryn in answer to your question my abstract mixed colour painting was dun in acrylic water basic house ,paint mix with water basic gloss,on top ink wash, then over the top of that oil paint poured over the top clear gloss of the finish.am go to work on my style of abstract work this year while I studying in my art courses .thank you again looking at my work .Yvette
